Expungement Clinic

What should you bring:

• Record(s) of any previous expungement

• A copy of your sentencing order and copies of any and all documents related to the incident you want to be expunged

• Proof that terms of sentence have been completed/complied with - obtain abstract from court to show that you have completed the terms. Can also obtain certificate showing that you have completed terms of probation

• Copy of your driver's license or state-issued ID
